The Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) is a non-partisan and non-legislative support office with the U.S. House of Representatives (USHR or House). The mission of ODI is to help employing offices create and cultivate a congressional workforce within USHR that is reflective of the American people.

The office uses digital and print media to announce office events, promote other House activities, and provide career advise.
